Whirlwind tour

Yesterday I had the opportunity to spend some time with Superintendent Jane Tremblay, visiting all five of our town's public schools and meeting each of their respective principals. It was eye opening, educational, and awe-inspiring. I am eager to learn more about the complex issues that are priorities for our town.

We have an amazing school system. We have talented, dedicated educators, and a team of administrators who want nothing less than the very best for our children. Are there things that can be improved? Absolutely! As I often say to my kids (and myself!), "we were better today than we were yesterday, and we can be better tomorrow than we were today." I learned that Superintendent Tremblay also asks this of herself and her staff, every single day.

I am more excited than ever to volunteer my time and serve on the Lynnfield School Committee. If elected, I am confident I will have a positive impact on community engagement through improving the communication and collaboration between the Superintendent, School Committee, parents, and the community at large.

Thank you for your vote on April 10th. I look forward to working for you!
